Fav Foto Friday #9

Fav Foto FridayShare each Friday, on your own blog, one photo…or maybe even a gallery of some of your favorite photos that you have taken during the week, that make you smile or that was a great photo capturing opportunity…anything really!  And as photographers are often known to say, “The best camera is, the one that you have with you!”

Whether you are a pro-photographer or just venturing into photography…or maybe you are like me and just whip out your cell phone when you are going about your day…take those photos and share them! Feel free to add any camera info and shooting info that you may have on your photos as well.

Don’t forget to link back (pingback) here and add a #FavFotoFriday tag so that I can enjoy all your Favorite Fotos too!

This week’s edition of Fav Foto Friday, is from our little vacation to Wildwood, NJ for a few days. We stopped at the beach after dinner one evening and watched the sunset and the waves roll in. It was so calm and peaceful.

“Never waste any amount of time doing anything important when there is a sunset outside that you should be sitting under!”
C. JoyBell C.

For the record just wanted to note that the use of the above quote fulfills

Writing 1o1 of Blogging University Assignment #8 requirements.

I miss living near the ocean! Living in Connecticut, people are constantly talking about ‘The Sound’…as in Long Island Sound…I suppose it is better than nothing…but it is so NOT the real ocean!!

This photo turned out to be my favorite! Not exactly a sunset photo but just seems to work for me.

And a few others just to prove it was sunset and remember how nice and peaceful it was that night!

Hope you have enjoyed today’s Fav Foto Friday selections! Join me and share some of your favorite images! Don’t forget to tag your post #favfotofriday.

  1. Hey Sandy, do yo do any raw photography? I’m doing an landscape photography course and if you like, I can edit some of your photos, and send them back to you. I get to practice, and maybe you like the work.

Drop me a word if you are interested.

    Greetings!

    1. Hi Anibal! I do sometimes shoot some photos with my Nikon camera in raw…but I like to play around in Lightroom and do my own editing. Usually any landscape type photos I tend to use my cell phone camera which I don’t usually shoot in raw. Good luck with your course though!!
