Fav Foto Friday #45

Fav Foto FridayFav Foto Friday is an opportunity to share each Friday, on your own blog, one photo…or maybe even a gallery of some of your favorite photos that you have taken during the week, that make you smile or that was a great photo capturing opportunity…anything really!  And as photographers are often known to say, “The best camera is, the one that you have with you!”

Whether you are a pro-photographer or just venturing into photography…or maybe you are like me and just whip out your cell phone when you are going about your day…take those photos and share them! Feel free to add any camera info and shooting info that you may have on your photos as well.

Don’t forget to link back (pingback) here and add a #FavFotoFriday tag so that I can enjoy all your Favorite Fotos too!

This week’s edition of Fav Foto Friday is what my summer looks like.

Everyday when it is warm out…and even a few days when it is questionably warm…these two hooligans enjoy swimming in the river that runs behind our house.

Each and every time we take them swimming (even on the days when they get to go twice cause it is an especially hot day), you would think they hadn’t been in ages!! The way they are filled with joy and excitement from the moment we say, “You want to go swimming?”

They jump and spin and bark and carry on like it is the best thing in the world. They race us to the river’s edge and are in the water before us humans can even get there!

Ooohh to be a dog!!!

Their joy is contagious, if only for the moment. You can’t help but be happy and excited for them and laugh at their silly antics. It really is the highlight of each day for me. A moment to enjoy the sunshine and the water and the nature around us…despite living 5-minutes from town. Summertime fun at it’s finest!

Hope you have enjoyed today’s Fav Foto Friday selections! Join me and share some of your favorite images! Don’t forget to tag your post #favfotofriday.
